About The Position
At Lucky Strike Entertainment, an Event Host is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs. This role involves multitasking in a vibrant atmosphere, coordinating various aspects of events to provide dynamic experiences. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a position.

Responsibilities
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell “extensions” (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren’t just met, but exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson
