About The Position
Back Alley Bowling is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for someone who loves to have fun, entertain, and create memorable experiences for guests, especially children. The Party Host is responsible for managing parties, ensuring guests follow a schedule, catering to their needs, and keeping them entertained. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- CA Food Handler Certificate
- RBS Certificate
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Nice To Haves
- Basic bowling knowledge is helpful
- Friendly and outgoing personality, good with children
- Previous experience working with children is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set up & cleanup of all parties
- Supervise & entertain children & guests
- Serve food & beverage
- Connect with children, have a rapport
- Be aware of other products/services that we offer
- Remain with their party at all times
- Report any issues to the Manager
- Interact with attendees to promote future parties
- Completely clean the area where the party took place and restock all items used (chafing dishes, helium tank, party box, plates, utensils, pitchers, etc.)
