About The Position

Ducks Unlimited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Fundraising Intern to join our team at National Headquarters. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the Event Fundraising Division and contributing to the success of national events and initiatives.

Requirements

• Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a professional office setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of waterfowl hunting and outdoor lifestyle is a bonus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Assist with event fundraising operations and data analysis
• Support promotional efforts for DUX, Third Term, T.R.A.P., and the event system
• Organize and manage attendance data for national events
• Analyze promotional invitations and assist with product distribution
• Contribute to online product merchandising and file management
• Support scholarship disbursement and oversee records
• Help with organizational award analysis and day-to-day tasks for the fundraising team
• Other duties as assigned
