The Event Engagement Assistant will collaborate on and provide organizational, design and logistical support for a public event scheduled for September. General responsibilities include creating visual and display materials for the event, developing web pages and promotional content, planning and coordinating a student-centered event, and supporting setup and breakdown. The applicant must be responsible and detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and be punctual, logical, and self-sufficient. This position offers a flexible work schedule and high expectations for reliability and on-time delivery. The candidate must be available to work at least 50 hours between July 1st and September 25th.
