About The Position
RezEvents and Leaderboard Games is looking for Game Night Event Hosts / Emcees for in-person game night events. This is a fun, flexible gig suitable for motivated individuals with experience as an event host, actor, comedian, or personable performer. The Game Night Event Host is responsible for leading engaging game nights for groups, specifically Trivia and BINGO Game Nights. Events are held at various food & beverage venues in the region, aiming to entertain guests and foster a community of players. These live-hosted, in-person events are best suited for those with experience in live production and performance.
Requirements
- Must have reliable laptop computer with HDMI connection port or adapter for Video and Bluetooth for Audio
- Must be 21+
- Have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Audio & Video equipment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate Trivia or BINGO web application to manage game play (training provided)
- Connect laptop computer to venue’s Audio/Video for in-person game nights
- Make Announcements over P/A system to welcome players and run game
- Simultaneously conduct game while entertaining guests
- Provide post-event wrap-up to the RezEvents home-base
- Be a great Ambassador for the RezEvents team
