About The Position

CBH Homes, Idaho's #1 homebuilder, is seeking a self-motivated and hands-on Event Detailer to join their fast-paced Events Team in Treasure Valley, Idaho. This role requires an individual who can take ownership, work independently, and maintain a high standard of detail in event setups, community signage, and property presentation. The Event Detailer will support both internal and community events, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready. This position also involves office and equipment support, including light exterior maintenance and inventory management. The role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth, including a move to a new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho, in 2027.

Requirements

• Ability to be handed a task and execute it independently without constant supervision.
• Capacity to make sound decisions on the spot when unexpected issues arise.
• Pride in organization, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Reliability and physical capability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Clear communication skills, keeping the team informed even when working solo.
• Proficiency in Gmail and Google Calendar.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stay on feet for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead event setup and breakdown for community and internal events from start to finish.
• Maintain community signage, flags, and event materials, identifying and fixing issues proactively.
• Keep event spaces and model homes clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Move event materials and locations independently as needed.
• Own field tasks and operational projects for the Events Team.
• Represent the team at community grand openings and special events.
• Support office moves, event staging, and operational projects.
• Handle light exterior maintenance, including parking lot upkeep and seasonal work (snow, weeds).
• Maintain event storage spaces and inventory, ensuring organization and accessibility.
• Keep equipment, supplies, and materials organized and ready for use.
