About The Position
REVELxp is seeking energetic, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Day Staff for the University of Kentucky football program and Keeneland Racecourse. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of event days, where staff represent the REVELxp brand by providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to tailgating guests. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive disposition with a passion and ability to serve others.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
- Manual dexterity to handle event materials.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces.
- Good visual acuity and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work on all Saturdays in which Kentucky has a home football game.

Responsibilities
- Assist with finalizing tailgate setups, including moving coolers, ice, and chairs.
- Take positions at assigned tailgate sites.
- Perform final quality control checks according to layout diagrams.
- Welcome guests at site entrances, assist with unloading personal belongings into provided carts, and direct them to their assigned tents.
- Inform guests of the tailgate site's official closing time.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of each tailgate throughout the day, clearing garbage to proper locations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire fan experience.
- Assist guests with loading their vehicles at the conclusion of their tailgate.
- Help with closing each site, including managing leftover catering, equipment breakdown, and trash management.
- Move valuable inventory to secured storage areas or containers.
