About The Position

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! Our Event Day Staffing Assistant ensures our locations are fully staffed so our fans have the best experience! This is the position for you if you enjoy operating high-volume events, working in food and beverage, and staffing great personnel for some of the best events Denver has to offer! This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee. Candidates must be available for ALL Denver Broncos home games.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Must be proficient in excel and/or google sheets
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
MUST have availability for ALL Broncos home games

Nice To Haves

Prior administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

Performs event day operations including set up, employee check in, post check in reconciliations, incident reporting/coaching, and oversees employee checkout
Assists with the setup and operations of hiring fairs.
Assists with the setup and operations of onboarding and orientation.
Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
