About The Position
This position requires an individual who can work long hours with a flexible afternoon/evening schedule, including game days, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The role involves taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, collecting payments, maintaining the bar area, and making drinks for restaurant and room service servers. Candidates must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and pass a criminal background check and drug testing.
Requirements
- Previous experience required as a full bar service bartender
- Current CA Food Handler's Card and RBS required
- Knowledge in the variety of different beers, wines and spirits
- Pass criminal background check and drug testing
Nice To Haves
- Bartending school desirable
- MICROS knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
