About The Position

Andy Frain Services is hiring energetic staff members to oversee a safe, friendly, and professional environment for the Meijer LPGA Classic, a premier event on the LPGA tour. In this dual-role position, you will serve as both a safety ambassador and a Crossing Guard for busy throughways. You will be responsible for managing the safe flow of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, ensuring that spectators, players, and staff can navigate the tournament grounds securely. No prior experience is necessary to apply—we are looking for individuals with a professional image and a dedication to safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED).
• Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
• Minimum 3 -- 6 months prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems or access computer systems.
• State Guard license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Crossing Guard for busy throughways, directing traffic and ensuring pedestrians cross safely during high-volume event hours.
• Greet all visitors, vendors, and employees with a positive attitude.
• Maintain constant vigilance to identify and report incidents or accidents. Confront and resolve minor issues to a successful conclusion.
• Monitor crowd behavior and maintain order by staying diligent and proactive in security awareness.
• Maintain a working knowledge of emergency policies and procedures; respond immediately to alarms or calls for help and notify appropriate authorities.
