About The Position

Event Coordinator are responsible for supporting the execution of events by ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive experience for guests, clients, and team members. This role includes setup, guest interaction, monitoring event areas, and breakdown activities. Event Staff represent the company’s brand and are expected to always maintain professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50lbs
  • Reliable transportation to event locations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, signage, equipment, etc.)
  • Greet and direct guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Support crowd management and maintain orderly flow of attendees
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and client guidelines
  • Report issues, incidents, or safety concerns to the Event Manager immediately
  • Assist with vendor coordination as directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on event needs
