Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, marketing support, and event execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteer work, or event support is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Assist with attendee registration and event check-in.
• Welcome attendees and provide event-related information.
• Maintain event schedules and logistical documentation.
• Communicate with team members regarding event needs and timelines.
• Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting.
• Represent client brands professionally during events.
• Support additional marketing and event activities as assigned.
