Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as a line cook
- Expert knife skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working across multiple kitchen stations
- Experience leading a culinary team
- Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of cooks, sharing your passion and expertise
- Set the pace and tone for a high-performing, efficient kitchen
- Forecast prep needs and manage sushi station operations
- Ensure compliance with all state restaurant health codes and regulations
