Requirements

Ability to count money and make correct change.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
To be able to complete multiple tasks at once.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

Answer guest’s questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation, items on sale and availability of various F&B products.
Continually up-sell F&B products offered.
Ensure that assigned area is kept orderly and continually cleans and sanitizes counter in designated areas, as well as assisting in the dining area as needed.
Take a proactive approach in ensuring that food handling procedures are followed accurately.
Ensure proper procedures are followed when working with cooking equipment.
