About The Position

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at retail stores, home shows, festivals, and community events. This role focuses on engaging with homeowners, creating brand awareness, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Requirements

Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public
Must be comfortable proactively approaching and speaking with customers throughout events
Reliable transportation and punctuality required
Ability to stand for extended periods during events
Weekend availability preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience in promotions, retail, customer service, events, or brand ambassador work is a plus
Sales or lead generation experience is a bonus but not required
Brings high energy to every event
Loves interacting with people
Is dependable and self-motivated
Can work independently without constant supervision
Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Responsibilities

Represent the company professionally at retail stores, expos, festivals, and community events
Engage with customers and educate them about backup power and generator solutions
Generate and submit qualified customer leads
Set up and break down booth displays, banners, and promotional materials
Distribute promotional items and explain current offers
Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout events
Track event activity and report leads collected
Work closely with the field marketing team and event coordinators
