About The Position

Austin Country Club is seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Event Bartender to join their esteemed bar team in Austin, Texas. This role involves providing first-class service to members and guests, setting up portable bars for club events, preparing garnishes and ingredients, and ensuring the bar is properly stocked and organized. The Event Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving both classic and craft cocktails, maintaining accurate records, and upholding health code standards through diligent cleaning and organization of the bar area. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with team members and managers to deliver premium guest service, participating in monthly inventory counts, and attending staff meetings and required training. The position requires completing assignments from the Food and Beverage Manager or supervisor, all while maintaining the standards of excellence that define the Austin Country Club experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of bartending experience in a restaurant or club
• TABC certification
• Texas Food Handlers certifications
• Base knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
• Ability to create classic and craft cocktails
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Genuine passion for delivering top-notch service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move and lift up to 55 - 90 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
