About The Position
Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality is seeking part-time bartenders to work at luxury weddings and events across their 16 venues in the tri-state area. The role offers a flexible schedule for supplemental income and involves serving alcohol at events, with a focus on providing extraordinary hospitality. The company hosts over 700 weddings annually and emphasizes a diverse team environment.
Requirements
- Prior bartending experience or training.
- Knowledge of common cocktail recipes.
- Current RAMP certification.
- Ability to serve a large volume of guests (100+).
- Ability to drive to venues in the Greater Philadelphia area, including Delco county.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Ability to be on feet for the duration of an average 9-hour shift (with breaks and time to eat).
Responsibilities
- Setting up bar stations and recording alcohol inventory.
- Serving guests alcohol and mixed drinks during cocktail hour and reception.
- Providing wine service, hospitality, and attending to guests' needs.
- Cleaning and breaking down stations after the event.
