About The Position

AEG Management Bakersfield has immediate openings for Event Attendant positions at the Dignity Health Arena, Theater & Convention Center. The Event Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining a ten thousand-seat Arena and a three thousand-seat Theater.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting of tables, chairs, stage decks, etc.
• Must be able to follow directions and be extremely team oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the restrooms before and during the event.
• Maintaining clean floors and trash cans during the event.
• Overseeing the general cleanliness of the Dignity Health Arena, Theater and Convention Center while working.
• Sweeping, mopping, trash collecting, setting chairs, restroom upkeep, green spill cleaning and being patron friendly.
