About The Position

The Event Associate (internal title: Program Associate) is responsible for assisting the automotive team with planning and executing exciting consumer experiences, across multiple programs. This position will work with both internal and external partners and clients to oversee the development and execution of events. Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience required.
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in experiential marketing / events (planning, onsite execution), negotiating and giving presentations strongly preferred.
  • Willing to Travel up to 30% and work weekends, if necessary.
  • Comfortable working hybrid in office 3 days/week.
  • Must be able to work hybrid in Alpharetta, GA and travel frequently including on weekends.
  • Highly organized, confident, and collaborative.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple assignments at one time.
  • Comfortable in front of clients and confident in your role.
  • A team player who is strong at collaboration and always willing to support others.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in golf a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the automotive team with planning and executing exciting consumer experiences, across multiple programs.
  • Work with both internal and external partners and clients to oversee the development and execution of events.
  • Cultivate strong and productive relationships with clients, agency partners and third-party resources.
  • Use the creative part of your brain to come up with unique approaches to engage consumers.
  • Create and deliver presentations that leave audiences clamoring for more.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills to ensure the client is getting the most bang for their buck.
  • Track client budgets and provide clear communication to the client regarding budget, scope, schedule, and project status/action items.
  • Work with a close-knit team.
