Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination.
• Organize materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth event operations.
• Provide on-site event support, including registration management, guest engagement, and activity coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all events run efficiently and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collect client and attendee feedback to improve future campaigns and strategies.
• Compile post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for growth.
