About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, America's premier window and door replacement company, is seeking individuals who enjoy interacting with new people, traveling throughout Wisconsin, and acting as a brand ambassador to generate leads. This role offers a dynamic, non-traditional work environment where each day is different. You will market and promote a high-quality product by visiting events, RSVP dinners, and retail locations, serving as the company's friendly representative. The compensation includes an hourly base salary plus substantial bonuses.

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Assertive, self-motivated, strong negotiation skills, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or related fields.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to fit tent inside vehicle.
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Ability to lift 65lbs and load equipment into vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in industries such as solar, construction, or home remodeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and appointments at events (trade shows, fairs, and festivals), RSVP events, home shows, and retail sources.
• Engage in conversations with homeowners to create interest and educate them on the products offered.
• Assist in the preparation, set-up, and take-down of tables, booths, tents, etc.
