About The Position

We're hiring outgoing, reliable individuals to represent our company at local events and retail locations. If you enjoy talking to people and want to develop communicate, lead generation, and marketing skills, this could be a great fit! This role involves representing the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations, starting conversations and connecting with potential customers, sharing information about window and door solutions, and helping to set up free in-home consultations for the sales team.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
• Personal reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license
