About The Position

We are seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness, ensuring clients are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness in the comfort and safety of their homes. You will utilize your clinical judgment and skills to deliver the highest quality of care. This position involves seeing clients in the City of London Middlesex areas and requires availability for evenings, overnights, and every other weekend.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
Valid CPR certification
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
Successful candidates will be required to provide a clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
Proof of being free from TB
Two supervisory references

Nice To Haves

French language proficiency considered an asset
