About The Position

Join our team at Brown Bottling Group as Evening Warehouse Supervisor. This is a Full Time position, Monday-Friday, from 2:30 pm until the work is completed. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse team members and their production. The Supervisor will motivate, coach, and encourage the warehouse team to meet their productivity targets. This role involves overseeing product control, order processing, equipment maintenance, and reporting on warehouse statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of management experience
• Experience in process improvement and change management
• Ability to create reports in Excel and analyze data
• Detail-oriented and have a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven team leadership to drive performance and build a goal-oriented culture.
• Process oriented with experience in process improvement and change management.

• Strong work ethic with ability to work extended hours during critical times.
