About The Position

Shabby Fabrics is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their evening warehouse team. New employees are eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus after successfully completing their first 90 days of employment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. The role involves measuring, cutting, and folding fabrics, assembling kits, fulfilling orders, and supporting various warehouse operations while maintaining high standards for quality and productivity. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fold fabrics with precision.
• Work independently and with teammates to prepare fabric products.
• Assist in assembling quilting kits and specialty products.
• Pull, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Adapt to different warehouse responsibilities based on daily operational needs.
