About The Position
British Swim School is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Evening Swim Instructors. The mission is to prevent childhood drowning by teaching life-saving water survival skills. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact on a child's life by building confidence, teaching essential skills, and providing peace of mind to families. The company emphasizes water safety and fostering a lifelong love of the water. While most students are preschool and elementary-aged children, the school teaches swimming to all ages and abilities. Instructors should enjoy working with children and be adept at making parents feel comfortable. The role includes specialized training in the British Swim School approach. Opportunities may also exist within the Customer Service Team, interacting with parents via phone or in person.
