Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
- Ability to clear a drug test upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manual labor, driving/delivery roles, or maintenance work is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Start each shift with a thorough inspection of assigned properties to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Removing debris.
- Operating maintenance sweeper vehicles.
- Addressing safety hazards.
- Collaborating with your team to help maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors.
- Keeping the sweeper trucks clean and operational.
