Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest corridors.
• Assist guests with directions and other inquiries.
• Monitor and restock supplies, including towels and amenities, and deliver requested items to guest rooms as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departments.
• Support front desk staff with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in assigned areas and help ensure guest comfort.
