About The Position

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures. Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, window cleaning and moving furniture, equipment etc. Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications. Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc...).

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to use a backpack vacuum and mop and bucket
• Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (50 pounds)
