About The Position

This position is for an Evening Housekeeper at Best Western in Willmar, MN. The role involves providing friendly and positive guest interactions, maintaining housekeeping carts, and performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities. The housekeeper is also responsible for anticipating guest needs, reporting issues, and following safety procedures. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Flexibility needed for Monday-Sunday shifts
• Start time between 3-5pm
• Pay based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Load, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts
• Vacuum, change linens, clean bathrooms, restock amenities, etc.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
