About The Position

You show up three evenings a week and hold space for adults doing the hard work of recovery. You facilitate structured group sessions within PRC's evening IOP program — bringing clinical grounding, genuine presence, and a deep belief in the healing process. This is not a clipboard role. This is relational, recovery-focused work that matters. Backgrounds that translate well: Substance Use Counseling · Addictions Treatment · Group Therapy · CAP / ICADC · Registered Intern (LMHC/LCSW)

Requirements

  • CAP, ICADC, or registered intern (LMHC or LCSW) required
  • Experience facilitating substance use or co-occurring disorder groups
  • Comfortable working independently in an evening setting
  • Warm, grounded, and steady in group dynamics

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate evening IOP group sessions
  • Deliver evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use, recovery, and co-occurring mental health
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation following each session
  • Collaborate with the clinical team on client progress and group themes
  • Uphold a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment in every session
