This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, specifically by overseeing the 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour" through food preparation and clean-up. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. A key aspect of the job is presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture. Additionally, the team member will answer guest questions using their knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
