This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, specifically by overseeing the 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour" through food preparation and clean-up. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. A high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality is expected to promote the Drury culture. The team member will also answer guest questions using their knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
