This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, particularly during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour.” The role involves overseeing the food preparation and clean-up for this event, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. The team member will also uphold Drury's culture of integrity, service, and hospitality, answer guest questions about the hotel and local area, and provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
