This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, particularly during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback "happy hour." The team member will oversee the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensure food safety standards are met, and keep supplies stocked. Additionally, the role involves upholding Drury's culture of integrity, service, and hospitality, answering guest questions about the hotel and local area, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a "+1 Service" attitude.
