About The Position
Assists customers with their deli food purchases, cooking/serving food for deli items to be purchased, and bagging/coding those items if necessary. This is for the Evening Shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Requirements
- Customer service personality
- Good attendance
- High cooking skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Prep and cook for the daily menu and customer food orders
- Clean prep and cooking area per Health Dept. Regulations
- Assist in stocking condiments for cooking & inventory counts
- Assist in daily deliveries of prep food and/or condiments
- Maintain and filter grease fryers
- Pull cases of food from freezer for next day cooking
- General floor sweeping and mopping
- Remove/replace grease or oil from drip pans as needed daily
- Clean deli case to meet Health Dept. Regulations
- Bag and code food for purchase
