About The Position

The Evening Custodian maintains, cleans, and disinfects all areas of an assigned facility. The role performs basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of the building and associated grounds, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and trash removal. The Evening Custodian supervises evening custodial staff and secures the facility to help ensure a safe school and working environment. The position also provides high-level customer service for school events and community activities, including set-up and clean-up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and disinfect all areas of an assigned facility.
• Perform basic cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance of an assigned building and associated grounds.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and remove trash.
• Supervise evening custodial staff.
• Secure the facility to ensure a safe school and working environment.
• Provide high-level customer service for school events and community activities, including set-up and clean-up.
