About The Position

Join our team at JCW's the Burger Boys as a Full Time Evening Cook and bring your culinary skills to the grill! Imagine searing juicy patties, melting cheese to perfection, and creating mouthwatering burgers that will have our customers coming back for more. With a competitive pay range of $12-$15 per hour, not only will you be whipping up tasty dishes, but you'll also be earning some cash while doing what you love. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a fun and energetic team that values excellence and integrity in everything we do. In 1998, Chris, Clay, and Libby opened the first JCW’s in an old Hardee’s building in American Fork. It was a big step for them, but drawing strength from both friends and family, they worked hard and watched their little burger joint grow into five—with 250+ employees. Requirements

Basic knife skills
Experience with kitchen equipment
Ability to follow recipes with precision
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills to work seamlessly with the team
Keen eye for detail to ensure every burger is served just right
