About The Position

ESS Clean is looking for dependable individuals to join our cleaning team in Pekin, IL. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean spaces, and is comfortable working independently. Our cleaning associates play an important role in helping our customers maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent
• Detail-oriented and take pride in their work
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Able to stay active and perform routine physical cleaning tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willing to learn and follow proper safety practices
• A background check is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Sanitizing high-touch areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Restocking restroom and facility supplies
• Following established cleaning procedures and checklists
• Reporting maintenance, supply, or safety concerns to a supervisor
• Maintaining a clean and presentable environment for our customers
