Advanced Facilities is seeking a dedicated Evening Cleaner to join our team. This part-time role involves approximately 10 hours per week, providing after-hours cleaning for a commercial building in St. Paul, MN. Requirements

Prior experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Have a reliable vehicle.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Dependable and takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and safe spaces.

Responsibilities

Perform routine evening cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
Assist with periodic floor care such as buffing and waxing.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, patios, smoking areas, lawns, and trash enclosures free of litter and debris.
Empty and clean outdoor waste receptacles.
Remove graffiti as needed.
Perform seasonal power washing of entrances and outdoor surfaces.
Clean and disinfect lobbies, corridors, exam rooms, classrooms, shelters, gathering spaces, stairwells, client storage areas, and other shared spaces.
Empty waste, recycling, and compost receptacles.
Disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, handrails, furniture, drinking fountains, and elevators.
Vacuum, mop, machine scrub, and maintain all flooring.
Perform periodic carpet extraction, floor refinishing, detailed dusting, and high-level cleaning.
Clean and disinfect all restroom fixtures, partitions, showers, and touch points.
Restock designated dispensers and consumables according to facility requirements.
Remove water scale, sanitize tile and grout, and maintain a hygienic environment.
Replace sharps containers as required.
Remove waste to designated disposal areas.
Clean and disinfect trash containers, chute doors, and surrounding surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of waste storage rooms and coordinate additional pickups when necessary.
Clean and sanitize tables, seating, appliances, countertops, sinks, cabinets, and laundry equipment in client lounges, kitchenettes & laundry rooms.
Refill dispensers, empty lint traps, and maintain flooring.
Perform periodic deep cleaning, carpet extraction, and floor restoration as needed.
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, serving areas, dining rooms, appliances, equipment, and surfaces in commercial kitchens & dining areas.
Remove grease buildup and maintain kitchen sanitation standards.
Steam clean, machine scrub, and refinish floors as appropriate.
Complete room turnovers within required response times for Medical Respite & Housing.
Fully sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, appliances, and fixtures.
Report maintenance issues and prepare rooms for incoming occupants.
Maintain offices, conference rooms, break rooms, warehouses, storage rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
Dust, vacuum, disinfect, empty waste receptacles, clean glass, and maintain flooring.
Perform scheduled deep cleaning, carpet extraction, and floor maintenance in general staff areas.
