About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is seeking an organized, reliable Commercial Cleaning Associate for our Bay City accounts. This position offers a stable, structured, and highly predictable daily routine, ideal for those looking to boost earnings, stay physically active, or enjoy an independent workflow. As an essential member of the local crew, you will perform everyday custodial tasks to keep clients' spaces healthy, neat, and professional.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Bay City job site.
• Solid time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Capacity to stand, walk, stretch, and lift comfortably across a 4-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but completely optional.
• A background in janitorial or custodial work is a plus, but completely optional.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly scrub and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and high-contact points.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop throughout the assigned property.
• Clear out waste bins, install fresh liners, and maintain tidy spaces.
• Replenish essentials like hand soap and paper products, alerting the supervisor to low inventory or maintenance issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to all company safety regulations and procedures.
