About The Position

Clean Team is hiring a dependable part-time evening cleaner to keep assigned areas at a healthcare-related facility clean, orderly, and ready for use. This hands-on, nonclinical role requires attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to follow site-specific instructions and procedures. The cleaner is expected to take ownership of assignments and communicate respectfully with customers, coworkers, and site personnel.

The position is at 3780 Medina Rd., Medina, OH 44256, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Clean Team provides job-specific instruction, established cleaning procedures, and team support. Site assignments, training, and any scheduling details requiring confirmation can be discussed during hiring.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift.
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned spaces.
• Dust desks, counters, ledges, and other accessible surfaces.
• Restock paper products and other designated supplies.
• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and site access rules.
• Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions to a supervisor.
