About The Position
The Evaluator (Social Work) will be responsible for receiving and analyzing cases from the abuse hotline.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Up-to-date License
- Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service and/or health-related settings
- Experience with computerized systems
- Orientation and commitment to customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability for rotating shifts 24/7, 8-hour shifts (including weekends)
