We are now hiring for a full-time Evaluation Manager to join our HQ Team!

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a social services field, such as public health, social work, education or other relevant sector. Plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in one of the above or related fields and 4 years of total related experience.
  • Experience in program evaluation that includes evidence-based practices and outcome measurement.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software
  • Strong analytic skills, attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to diverse audiences clearly and effectively.

  • Understanding of federal, state, and local legislative processes and nonprofit lobbying regulations, including the ability to support advocacy and lobbying activities in compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are completed efficiently and aligned with departmental goals.
  • Skilled in prioritizing competing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced policy and advocacy environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in groups and within teams as well as individually.

  • Experience providing direct service to underserved or underrepresented populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the full cycle of program evaluation with the various teams (as assigned: legal aid and domestic violence, emotional wellness, education, or workforce development), from program planning and logic modelling to data analysis, report preparation and presentation, and integration of findings into program planning and practice.
  • Establish a comprehensive data strategy for the assigned portfolio that efficiently and effectively meets internal and external data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Transform program quality, fidelity, performance, and outcome data into program insight in collaboration with program leadership and staff using data visualization tools.
  • Implement and engage staff in the assigned program portfolio with evaluation activities, including providing training for staff on use of assessments and other data capture tools and on use of data for programmatic decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit required reports for agency and program stakeholders in support of internal and external accountability requirements (monthly/quarterly/annually).
  • Lead and manage evaluation-related projects and collaborate on quality improvement projects in support of departmental and agency goals.
  • Collaborate within the Evaluation and Outcomes department to identify and develop data sources, collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and communicate results with diverse stakeholders.
  • Aid in the development of outcomes and deliverables for new programs and grant applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
