The European Equity Sales Executive Director is responsible for leading the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients. The incumbent will drive the growth and retention of existing client relationships, build new client relationships, and provide the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects. Leads the Company’s Equity Research Sales efforts across Europe product targeting institutional clients (long only and hedge funds). Drives growth and retention of existing client relationships while originating new business opportunities. Provides the full breadth of the Company’s equities products (including Eq Swaps) and services to clients and prospects. Acts as a primary client interface delivering market insights, trade ideas, and execution capabilities. Partners across trading, research, and banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Leads client coverage and sales strategy across European markets. Builds and maintains relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, and asset managers. Partners with team members, including bankers, to uncover cross-sell and syndicated opportunities. Supports transaction execution, including underwriting processes. Oversees preparation of marketing materials, client presentations, and roadshow content. Maintains connectivity with market participants to ensure strong demand and client engagement.
