About The Position

European Automotive Specialist | EV Experience a plus | Palo Alto, CA Founded in 2014, Swickard Auto Group has grown to 50+ dealerships across five states — consistently ranked by Automotive News as one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country and ranked top 5 in North America by Reputation.com. • Execute heavy-duty repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, drivetrain, and electrical system work to factory standards
  • Perform thorough multi-point inspections and document findings clearly for service advisors and guests
  • Identify and communicate additional repair needs accurately and transparently
  • Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures relevant to your brands
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Collaborate with service advisors and the shop team to deliver quality repairs on time

Benefits

  • Sponsored manufacturer certification — we invest in your credentials
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
  • Pet insurance
  • Mental health program and benefits
  • Career growth within one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country
