About The Position

ETYS Servers are responsible for taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to guests while ensuring a high-quality guest experience. They handle transactions, maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards, and assist guests promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role
A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
You must have a valid ProServe
Exceptional communications skills and ability to get along well with others
Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items, and stand/walk for majority of shift
Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

Promptly and warmly greet guests in one of our premium spaces; take food and beverage orders from guests in an efficient manner, following established steps of service
Deliver food and drink promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly, and special requests are accommodated
Promptly address complaints or issues, relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor
Ensure that the premium areas are properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep the area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards
Collect payments from guests, ensuring all bills are closed to the proper tender
Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions
Comply to all Health and Safety Policies and procedures
Build relationships with guests
Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures
