About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill an ETL Tech Lead position for our client. This role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and DBT with Snowflake. The position supports enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Key responsibilities include analyzing business and technical requirements, performing data profiling, source system analysis, business rule validation, data reconciliation, and quality checks. The role also requires optimizing ETL workflows, troubleshooting ETL failures and production issues, performing impact analysis, and supporting testing, UAT, deployment validation, monthly releases, and environment migrations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintenance of technical documentation are also essential.

Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise ETL and data integration solutions.
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, DBT, Snowflake, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and data warehouse environments.
Experience analyzing complex data flows, source systems, business rules, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
Experience with data quality, reconciliation, performance tuning, production support, testing, releases, and environment migrations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise ETL and data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and DBT with Snowflake.
Support enterprise data warehouse and regulatory reporting initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
Perform data profiling, source system analysis, business rule validation, data reconciliation, and quality checks.
Optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot ETL failures, production issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks through root cause analysis.
Perform impact analysis and assess upstream/downstream dependencies across source systems, ETL processes, databases, reports, and applications.
Support testing, UAT, deployment validation, monthly releases, and environment migrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, architects, and technical stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation and support data governance, data lineage, audit, and compliance requirements.
