About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform complex data into meaningful, high-quality outputs that support organizational decision-making.

Requirements

Strong programming and analytical experience.
Hands-on experience with structured methodologies in development, design, and maintenance of applications.
Experience with object-oriented or third-generation programming languages.
Knowledge of application design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Experience with query languages and information retrieval tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.
Extensive experience gathering business requirements and designing high-quality data transformations.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), including Self-Hosted Integration Runtime, pipeline orchestration, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for large-scale data transformation.
Experience with performance tuning for large data volumes.
Experience with Informatica tools: Workflow Manager, Repository Manager, Designer, Workflow Monitor.
Experience using Logic Apps and Function Apps.
Experience maintaining and optimizing ETL processes.
Experience with BI tools such as IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and GitHub (version control, branching, pull requests).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools: Azure Boards, Azure Test Plans, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts.
Strong experience designing and developing stored procedures in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server.
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Strong understanding of relational and hierarchical database systems.
Experience with Azure SQL Database and Synapse Analytics, including performance optimization for large datasets.

Nice To Haves

Experience with rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
Knowledge of middleware and gateway technologies.
Experience reviewing and modifying installation scripts.
Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and expand ETL pipelines (extraction, transformation, and loading).
Translate technical specifications into fully functional, tested applications.
Develop programming specifications and write, test, and maintain data-driven code.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across systems.
Support data migration, conversion, and implementation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Analyze, design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
Work with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
Investigate ETL pipeline issues, communicate findings, and propose solutions.
Maintain and continuously improve existing ETL processes.
Document data processes and technical solutions for future reference.
