About The Position

The ETL/Data Architect will define and enforce development standards for ETL/Data Warehousing. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and documenting reusable objects using Snowflake & IICS. The architect will lead full lifecycle Data Warehousing & integration projects from requirements to deployment, collaborating with the Data Engineering team to implement solutions aligned with business needs. Responsibilities also include optimizing infrastructure, reducing Data platform costs, and implementing operational improvements such as processes, controls, and code reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's or foreign education equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or Biotechnology, or foreign education equivalent & 4 years of experience as a data architect or in related field.
4 years of experience working in data integration, data warehousing, cloud-related initiatives, & development and implementation of data solutions.
4 years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
4 years of experience partnering with external vendors or implementation partners to optimize service delivery.
4 years of experience working with data warehousing, data technologies, & ETL solutions.
4 years of experience leading end-to-end data engineering & data modelling activities, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, & support.
3 years of experience applying architecture patterns & data integration design principles.
3 years of experience working in a matrix organization, balancing customer needs against organizational goals.
3 years of experience identifying & recommending appropriate product/service offerings to meet functional needs.
3 years of experience executing project delivery & client relationship management within a technology environment.
3 years of experience preparing data visualizations using Clik & PowerBI.

Responsibilities
